Bottom
Line
Other surveys published in this race have to be taken
with a grain of salt. This SurveyUSA
poll reinforces our own POS data from this Spring showing Senator Pat Roberts
with a comfortable lead.
This is the only poll available in this race which takes
into account recent events such as Roberts’ role in helping Boeing on the
tanker contract, working to bring federal funds to Kansas communities hit hard
by natural disasters, and his campaign’s initial wave of advertising.
This polling clearly shows that Senator Roberts remains
in good position to win re-election.
