Sen. Pat Roberts (R-Kan.) demanded that leaders from the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) testify before the Senate Finance Committee on why early cost estimates of ObamaCare were so far off.
“Now the American people have to pick up the tab on the CBO errors,” Roberts said on the Senate floor Tuesday. “I’m calling for CBO to come before the [Finance] Committee. … Let the hearings begin.”Roberts’ comments came as CBO released a report Tuesday that the Affordable Care Act, also known as ObamaCare, would cost the country 2.5 million jobs over the next 10 years.
The nonpartisan agency found the reform law’s negative effects on the economy would be “substantially larger” than what it had previously anticipated.

WASHINGTON, DC -- U.S. Sen. Pat Roberts (R-Kansas) has signed an amicus brief in support of the challenges by Hobby Lobby and Conestoga Wood Specialties against Obamacare’s contraception mandate.
"Every American has a right to the free exercise of religion guaranteed by the First Amendment to our Constitution. This right has been upheld time and again by the Supreme Court over the last 200 years. It is offensive and unconscionable that this White House would put the politics of Obamacare ahead of Americans’ religious liberty," Senator Roberts said.

Report after report is now confirming what most Americans knew all along: first, that it was indeed a terrorist attack in Benghazi on September 11, 2012, and second, this terrorist attack and murder of four Americans could have been prevented.
I am among the many Americans who remain outraged at the cover-up and the continued stonewalling by this Administration to reveal the truth of those events.
